Sereni Tea EPZ grows, processes, blends, and exports tea products from our EPZ-licensed facility in Kilifi County, Kenya. Product availability, grades, and specifications are subject to seasonal harvest conditions and may change without prior notice.
Quotations provided are valid for the period stated at the time of issue and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing by both parties. Orders are subject to product availability, agreed volumes, and applicable export documentation.
Prices are quoted in the currency and terms agreed at the time of order and may be subject to Incoterms as agreed between the parties. Payment terms will be set out in the relevant sales contract or proforma invoice.
We aim to provide accurate and complete export documentation to support smooth customs clearance. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including shipping schedules, customs processing, and weather conditions.
Every lot is assessed for quality prior to shipment. Buyers are encouraged to review sample approvals and specifications before confirming an order. Any quality concerns should be raised promptly in accordance with the terms of the relevant sales contract.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Sereni Tea EPZ Limited or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sereni Tea EPZ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or from delays, disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or from a business relationship with Sereni Tea EPZ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, unless otherwise agreed in a specific export contract.
